Professor Dr. Julie Gedro |
Julie Gedro is the Associate Dean of Business at Empire State College / State University of New York (SUNY). She holds a B.A. in Economics and English from the College of William and Mary, an M.B.A. in Business Information Systems from Kennesaw State University, and a Doctorate of Education from the University of Georgia. Her work has been published in Human Resource Development Review, Human Resource Development International, Schools: Studies in Education, Advances in Developing Human Resources, the Journal of European Industrial Training, Business and Society Review, and others. At Empire State College, her research and scholarship have earned numerous awards including the Jane Altes Prize for Outstanding Community Service, and the Susan H. Turben Award for Excellence in Scholarship and the SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Scholarship and Creative Activities. Dr. Gedro’s research focuses on career development, leadership development, and identity. | |

McLean (EdD, PhD hon) is a full-time professor in the PhD program in Organization Development (OD) at Assumption University, Bangkok; professor emeritus, human resource development, University of Minnesota; former senior professor at Texas A&M University, and renowned scholar in the Graduate School of Management at the International Islamic University, Malaysia. He is past editor of several refereed journals and served as President of AHRD and IMDA. He has been an OD consultant for over 50 years. Dr. Bui Quang Tuyen |
Dr. Bui Quang Tuyen – Director of the Viettel Academy, part of the Telecommunication Military Corporation. Mr. Bui Quang Tuyen (DBA) is a coach/trainer/consultant in brand building, strategy, marketing, and distribution system development and management. Dr. Tuyen has had 20 years of experience including: – Ten-year experience in planning and analysis of business strategy of the Viettel Telecommunication Military Corporation and direct implementation and execution in subsidiary companies in Hanoi, Ninh Binh and Quang Ninh cities and others. – Five-year experience in strategy development and business implementation in foreign markets of the Viettel International Investment Joint Stock Corporation. – Five-year experience in developing business philosophy and strategy and organizing training activities. Dr. Tuyen has taken numerous important management roles in several units in the General Corporation: Deputy Managing Director of the Viettel International Investment Joint Stock Corporation, State Corporate Sales Manager, Viettel Provincial Director over a span of time, and currently Director of the Viettel Academy.
